I used to think that as long as I exercised, I could eat or drink whatever I wanted; I could not have been more wrong! And even though I raced and completed hundreds of races including 2 Ironman triathlons and more than 18 marathon and ultra marathon races, my poor lifestyle choices caught up to me!
