Fall Recipe!!

Looking for a quick, delicious & healthy fall meal? Look no further! With only 4 ingredients and 1 dish used, this meal is sure to please the chef as well as the dishwasher *********************************

1) 1-2 Tablespoons grass fed ghee 2) 5 organic chicken apple sausages, sliced 3) 1/2 head of purple cabbage, roughly chopped 4) 4 small organic gala apples cut into bite size chunks. ********************************

Melt the ghee over medium heat, sauté the sausages, add the cabbage and cook until it starts to soften. Add in the apples and cook until they begin to soften, approximately 2-4 minutes.
